Joinleisure.com End User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY CLICKING THE “I AGREE” OR “ADD TO CHROME” YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT MEANS THAT YOU ARE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

This Joinleisure.com End User License Agreement (“License Agreement”) is between you, the End User, and Joinleisure.com, LLC.

Definitions

• “Joinleisure.com Web Site” means the website located at Joinleisure.com.
• “Joinleisure.com Download Landing Page” means the webpage available after submitting the registration form, allowing download of the extension.
• “Joinleisure.com Extension” means the browser extension and a copy of this License.
• “Acceptance” means clicking “I Agree” or an equivalent action indicating consent.

Joinleisure.com’s Duties

• Privacy of End User’s Information: Joinleisure.com will not disclose personal information provided during registration, except for billing or service-related communication.
• Provision of Extension: Upon acceptance, End User will be granted access to download the Joinleisure.com Extension.

End User’s Duties

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration.
• Acknowledge Joinleisure.com’s ownership of trademarks and copyrighted materials.

License

Joinleisure.com GRANTS END USER A NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE TO USE THE Joinleisure.com EXTENSION SOLELY UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Use of Extension

• Installation allowed on one (1) computer at a time.
• One backup copy is permitted.
• No modification or unauthorized copying is allowed.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. End User may terminate at any time by deleting the extension. Joinleisure.com may terminate at any time, with or without notice. No refunds apply.

Restrictions

1. Lease or rent the extension.
2. Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works.
3. Use the extension unlawfully.
4. Distribute or make it publicly available.
5. Use it to build competing products.

Ownership & Copyright

The Joinleisure.com Extension is copyrighted and protected under U.S. and international law. All rights remain exclusively with Joinleisure.com.

Governing Law & Arbitration

• Governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
• Disputes resolved via confidential arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
• Jury trial rights are waived.

Indemnification

End User agrees to indemnify and hold Joinleisure.com harmless from disputes arising from use of the extension.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ALL RISK REMAINS WITH END USER.

Limitation of Liability

Joinleisure.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $100.

Export Restrictions

End User agrees not to export the extension in violation of U.S. laws.

Modifications

Joinleisure.com may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Force Majeure

Joinleisure.com is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

Knowing Consent

Both parties confirm they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Agreement.
